Job Description
As a US Travel Sales Executive (Voice Process), you will handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers, assist with flight bookings, fare inquiries, changes, cancellations, and provide excellent customer service. The role requires strong selling skills along with deep knowledge of GDS systems, especially Amadeus.
You will be responsible for converting leads into bookings while ensuring customer satisfaction and accuracy.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
