Job Description
As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for US clients across IT and Non-IT roles. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process while maintaining high-quality standards.
You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates, playing a critical role in fulfilling client requirements efficiently.
Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- ✅ 1–3 years of experience in US recruitment process
- ✅ Strong knowledge of IT & Non-IT hiring
- ✅ Fluent English communication (mandatory)
- ✅ Experience in interview coordination
- ✅ Hands-on knowledge of all major recruitment tools
- ✅ Ability to screen, assess, and vet applicants effectively
- ✅ Understanding of US work culture and hiring standards
